They were known as different things to different peoples—witches, the fae, warlocks, elves—but called themselves Elementals. Since the dawn of time, they've inhabited the earth alongside humans. Those born into what others considered "magic" lived in fear of discovery and persecution.
When the ships came and beckoned them to Avalon, scores of Elementals gathered and sailed off without looking back, never to return. They headed to the promised land, but instead arrived at a prison camp; fresh specimens for wealthy humans who sought to harness the Elementals' power and attain immortality.
